David J. Louie is the President of David J. Louie, Inc., the largest Asian owned Property and Casualty Insurance Agency in New York State. He is the founding member of The Chinese American Insurance Association, The Chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of New York; former President of the Chinatown Manpower Project; founding Chairman of the Chinatown Partnership, LDC and currently serves on the Board of Directors of New York Chinese School, Chinatown Day Care Center, Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, Chinese Community Center and American Legion Post #1291.
